FAQ Delivery Where do you deliver? We deliver goods to anywhere in the UK. Unfortunately we cannot deliver to addresses outside of the UK. Why haven’t I received my order? Items will be delivered to you within 3 to 5 working days (this excludes weekends). Order Issues Can I cancel or amend an order? Providing your order has not been prepared for despatch you can cancel or amend your order by contacting us or calling us on 01248 810930. What do I do if I receive a faulty item in my order? In the event of you receiving damaged or faulty items, we will cover the cost of return postage and either refund or exchange the goods. Placing an Order How can I pay? You can pay via Credit or Debit Card through PayPal (no PayPal account required). Is there a minimum order amount? There is a minimum order amount of £5. Returns & Refunds Can I return an item? We hope that you will be happy with your purchase, however, if you would like to return any item you must notify us within 14 days of receiving the item.
