Delivery & Returns


Notice: All Christmas deliveries from the 13th December will be sent out first class tracked 24 hours to ensure they arrive before Christmas.

When items are in stock we aim to send out and have them delivered within 3-5 working days (this excludes weekends). If you require an item sooner than this, please contact us directly to check if this possible. In order to provide the best value delivery method possible, shipping costs are calculated using weight-based shipping at the checkout.


We hope that you will be happy with your purchase, however, if you would like to return any item you must notify us within 14 days of receiving the item. After notifying us, you must then return any item within 14 days.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. To return your item, you should post your item to: 44A Castle Street, Beaumaris, Anglesey, LL58 8BB, United Kingdom. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If returning an item, please retain proof of postage or consider using a trackable shipping service. We cannot be held responsible for returned goods being lost in the post.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Damaged or Faulty Goods

In the event of the goods arriving damaged or being faulty we will cover the cost of return postage and either refund or exchange the goods.
