We ship all parcels via Royal Mail using their tracked services. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information by text or email, allowing you to follow the progress of your delivery. Please note that Royal Mail does not deliver on Sundays, and only limited deliveries are made on Saturdays.

Dispatch Times

– Dispatch Days: Monday to Friday.
– Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 working days. In most cases, we aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours of receipt (excluding weekends and bank holidays).
– Weekend Orders: Orders placed during weekends or bank holidays will be processed the next working day.

Delivery Options

We offer the following delivery services with Royal Mail:

– Royal Mail Tracked 24: 1-2 working day service, £5.99 per order.
– Royal Mail Tracked 48: 2-5 working day service, £3.99 per order or free on orders over £59.

UK Delivery Only

Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to addresses outside of the UK. All shipping services are limited to UK mainland deliveries.
