Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend retaining proof of postage or using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for returned goods lost in the post.

Faulty Goods
