We ship all parcels via Royal Mail using their tracked services. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information by text or email, allowing you to follow the progress of your delivery. Please note that Royal Mail does not deliver on Sundays, and only limited deliveries are made on Saturdays.

Our dispatch days are Monday to Friday, with orders typically processed within 1 to 2 working days. In most cases, we aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours of receipt (excluding weekends and bank holidays).
